Mr. Loveless holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center—an educational background that uniquely positions him to address the intersection of law and technology.
